Unlike entry-level 3-in-1 units, the 983D utilizes the C245 precision soldering system, which offers near-instant heat recovery and is capable of reaching operating temperatures in just 2 seconds.

The unit features a high-definition full-color LCD display with a dynamic UI that provides real-time data for all three modules simultaneously. The integrated 20V 3.5A DC Power Supply includes a dedicated USB port with fast-charge protocols, making it ideal for mobile phone diagnostics and powering up modern portable devices while you work.
