DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Areas
Domestic deliveries throughout the Philippines via Lalamove, LBC, and J&T Express.
Shipping Charges
LBC, Lalamove, Grab, and J&T Express rates apply. Pick up in store has no shipping charge.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
LBC and J&T follow courier schedules. Lalamove, Grab, and pickup are generally same day.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are provided by email or through courier mobile apps.
Packaging
All items are securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may cancel for a full refund before the product has shipped.
Cancellation Due to Unpaid Orders
Orders unpaid for more than 4 hours after checkout will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation After Delivery
The product must be returned at your expense before refund processing.
Non-cancellable Items
Items that have been opened and used are non-cancellable.
Cancellation by Company
Makerlab Electronics may cancel orders due to events beyond our control.
