1. Limited Warranty

Our company provides a limited warranty on selected products sold, ensuring they are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use within the prescribed time from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 7394.

2. Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. We will repair or replace defective products or parts at no charge, provided the defect is due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

2.1 Not Covered

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

3. Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, please contact customer service with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect, if applicable.

4. Return

Once your warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Makerlab will take responsibility for shipping costs for select defective products and reserves the right to choose the most suitable courier service.

We will repair or replace the defective product within a reasonable timeframe and return it to you at no additional cost.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective products. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 7394, and other relevant laws.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website.

1. General Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

2. Conditions for Return

• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition received.
• A receipt or proof of purchase, such as a Sales Invoice, must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged.
• Products not purchased directly from our store or authorized resellers.
• Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.

4. Return Process

• Contact our customer service team and request the Return⁺ Program.
• Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Full refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges receive the full value of the original item toward the replacement.
