Unlike larger screen separators (like the 946D-III), the IV-series is optimized for a "mini" footprint, making it ideal for mobile phone motherboard repair and hobbyist workstations where space is at a premium.
It utilizes an aluminum heating plate known for its excellent thermal conductivity and flatness. Controlled by a high-precision PID microcomputer, the station maintains a consistent surface temperature with minimal deviation, protecting sensitive components from thermal shock or overheating often caused by direct hot air gun use alone.
