The Sovol SV08 Toolhead Adapter PCB is an official OEM breakout interface board designed specifically for the printhead assembly of the Sovol SV08 CoreXY 3D printer.
Serving as the central connection hub mounted on the toolhead carriage, this adapter board consolidates all printhead wiring—including the hotend heater block, thermistor, part cooling fans, hotend heatsink fan, inductive/probe levelling sensors, and planetary direct drive stepper motor—into a unified umbilical harness. By routing power and data lines through labeled JST connectors and trace pathways, it enables clean cable management, eliminates wire fatigue, and simplifies hotend or sensor replacement without needing to route wires back to the main MCU board.
