Stainless steel offers an excellent blend of thermal consistency, chemical neutrality, and durability. Optimized for non-abrasive standard polymers, this 0.4mm nozzle diameter delivers the perfect balance between high-fidelity layer detail accuracy and efficient volumetric printing speeds.
The industrial-grade Hardened Steel Bundles are engineered specifically to handle high-temperature, highly technical, and abrasive engineering composite filaments (such as Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Wood, and Metal-infused polymers) that would rapidly wear down standard brass or stainless steel bores. Sold as a convenient 4-piece multipack, they allow you to easily refresh your print farm or configure the U1's multi-toolhead setup for specialized tasks.

True Drop-In Plug-and-Play Design: Features an integrated all-in-one cartridge body that aligns perfectly with the U1's toolhead structure. Swapping assemblies requires loosening just 2 screws and attaching the pre-terminated wire connectors.
Titanium Alloy Heatbreak: Engineered with a premium titanium alloy throat that blocks heat from creeping upward into the cooling block, virtually eliminating heat creep clogs.
Advanced Ceramic Heating Element: Equipped with an integrated ceramic heating block kit that ensures rapid, stable ramp-ups and exceptional temperature stability up to 300°C.
High-Insulation Silicone Sock: Includes custom-molded silicone boots to prevent ambient cooling drafts from altering nozzle temperatures while keeping plastic residue from sticking to the block.
Abrasive-Resistant Hardened Geometry: The heavy-duty hardened matrix stands up to severe friction from moving composite fibers without altering the internal bore profile over time.
