Product Description
Description
The Polymaker PolySupport Regular is an engineering-grade breakaway support filament developed specifically for PLA-based materials.
Designed to overcome the post-processing limitations of water-soluble supports, PolySupport forms a structural interface with PLA that holds severe overhangs and complex internal geometries. Once printing is complete, the material peels away cleanly by hand without requiring chemical solvents, water baths, or specialized tools. It works in dual-extrusion systems as either a complete support structure or solely as an interface layer to save print time and material costs.
Designed for Perfect PLA Compatibility PolySupport™ is a breakaway support material engineered specifically for Polymaker PLA-based filaments. It forms a strong yet easily removable interface with PLA, providing robust support during printing and allowing for quick, tool-free removal by hand.
Fast, Clean Support Removal Unlike dissolvable supports, PolySupport™ can be removed quickly without the need for solvents or additional equipment. This makes it ideal for geometric overhangs, architectural models, and brackets where efficient post-processing is important.
Versatile and Easy to Use While optimized for PLA, PolySupport™ has also received positive feedback when used with PolySmooth™, PolyCast™, and small PolyMax™ PC parts. It works well on both single and dual extruder printers, and does not require an enclosure or specialized hardware.
Ideal for Efficient, High-Quality Support Structures Choose PolySupport™ when you need reliable, easy-to-remove support for PLA prints - perfect for detailed models, prototypes, and functional parts requiring clean support removal.

Safety Precautions
-
Always print in a well-ventilated area.
-
Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
-
Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
-
Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
-
Unplug the printer when not in use.
-
Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
-
Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
-
Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
