PolyLite™ PLA-CF incorporates 8%–10% premium chopped carbon fibers into a high-quality PLA matrix. This reinforcement significantly enhances the stiffness of the material, making it much more resistant to bending than standard PLA.
Beyond its mechanical strength, PLA-CF is prized for its aesthetic finish. The carbon fibers break up light reflection, creating a deep, carbon-black matte surface that almost entirely hides layer lines. It is the perfect choice for functional prototypes, mechanical housings, and drone parts where a stealth look and dimensional stability are required.
