Product Description
Description
PolyFlex™ TPU95 is engineered with a Shore Hardness of 95A, making it a semi-flexible material. While it provides excellent stretch and compressibility, it remains rigid enough to be compatible with most desktop 3D printers.
This filament is remarkably resilient; it can be stretched to over 3 times its original length without snapping. It is the ideal material for high-wear components like custom gaskets, vibration dampeners, phone cases, and industrial "tires" or rollers that must withstand repeated impact and abrasion.
Features
PolyFlex™ TPU95: Versatile, Flexible, and Printer-Friendly TPU
Designed for Broad Compatibility PolyFlex™ TPU95 is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament engineered to work seamlessly with most desktop 3D printers, making flexible printing accessible to a wide range of users.
Balanced Flexibility and Strength With a shore hardness of 95A, PolyFlex™ TPU95 offers a perfect balance between flexibility and ease of handling. It can stretch over three times its original length, providing excellent elasticity for functional and durable parts.
Easy Printing Experience This filament is optimized for reliable performance, allowing users to achieve quality flexible prints without specialized hardware or complex setup. Ideal for Functional, Flexible Parts
Choose PolyFlex™ TPU95 for applications like protective covers, flexible connectors, and wearable accessories where both stretch and resilience are essential.
Printing Requirements
-
Direct extruder with a gear ratio mechanical advantage highly recommended.
-
Will be very difficult to print with a small nozzle diameter.
If using a stock, older style printer - we would recommend printing VERY slow. Make sure your printer is not setup as Bowden - any large gap between your extruder and hotend will cause printing issues.

Safety Precautions
-
Always print in a well-ventilated area.
-
Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
-
Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
-
Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
-
Unplug the printer when not in use.
-
Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
-
Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
-
Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
TPU / TPE (Flexible Filaments)
- Print with basic ventilation.
- Let flexible prints cool down before removing from the bed to avoid burns or deformation.
