Product Description
Description
Polymaker™ PLA is a high-quality material designed for maximum reliability and ease of use. It is based on a high-molecular-weight PLA, making it one of the most rigid and dimensionally stable PLA filaments on the market.
The standout feature of this filament is Polymaker’s patented Jam-Free™ Technology, which increases the heat resistance of the raw filament itself to 140°C. This prevents heat creep jams in the cold end of your extruder, ensuring smooth extrusion even during long, multi-day prints or in warm environments.
Features
Jam-Free™ Technology: Chemically engineered to resist softening before it hits the heater block, eliminating heat creep-induced clogging.
Extreme Rigidity: Superior Young’s Modulus compared to standard PLA, making it ideal for structural prototypes that shouldn't flex.
Recycled Cardboard Spools: Environmentally conscious packaging using 100% recycled cardboard that is fully biodegradable.
High-Speed Validated: While famously stable at standard speeds, the 2026 formula is optimized for modern motion systems, supporting speeds up to 200 mm/s.
Vibrant Matte-Satin Finish: Provides a clean, professional surface that hides minor layer inconsistencies.
Precise Tolerance: Strictly monitored diameter tolerance of ±0.03 mm (with most batches hitting ±0.02 mm) for consistent flow.

Safety Precautions
-
Always print in a well-ventilated area.
-
Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
-
Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
-
Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
-
Unplug the printer when not in use.
-
Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
-
Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
-
Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
PLA
- Safe and low-odor filament, but still print with good ventilation.
- Avoid overheating to prevent smoke or odor.
- Allow the print to cool down before removing from the bed.
