Product Description
Description
Fiberon™ PPS-CF10 is a carbon fiber reinforced PPS (Polyphenylene sulfide) filament, with minimal warping during mechanical strength, high heat resistance, chemical resistance, printing and no need for a heated chamber. With exceptional V0 flame retardancy, and moisture insensitivity, it's specifically designed for professionals operating in extreme conditions.
Features
Extreme Heat Resistance: Boasts a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 252°C (at 0.45MPa), suitable for high-temp industrial applications.
Chemical Immunity: Insoluble in almost all known solvents below 200°C and resistant to a wide range of acids, alkalines, and fuels.
Inherent Flame Retardancy: Meets UL94-V0 standards, making it ideal for regulated industries like rail and aerospace.
Warp-Free Technology: Enables printing on open-frame printers without the severe warping typically associated with high-performance polymers.
Moisture Insensitivity: Unlike Nylon, PPS has exceptionally low water absorption (0.225% equilibrium), ensuring parts don't swell or degrade in humid environments.
High-Speed Capable: Optimized for modern motion systems, supporting print speeds up to 300mm/s.

Safety Precautions
-
Always print in a well-ventilated area.
-
Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
-
Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
-
Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
-
Unplug the printer when not in use.
-
Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
-
Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
-
Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
