Jadeway ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a robust thermoplastic formulated to handle mechanical stress and harsh environments far better than standard PLA. It is highly valued by engineers and makers for its excellent structural durability, slight flexibility (which prevents snapping under pressure), and exceptional heat resistance.
It is a pure ABS blend, finished prints are fully receptive to post-processing post-treatment methods. They can be sanded, drilled, painted, or vapor-smoothed with acetone to achieve a glossy, injection-molded look. This material is best suited for automotive interior modifications, protective drone components, mechanical gears, and custom enclosures that experience regular mechanical loads or elevated ambient temperatures.
