Description
The Hotend with Nano-Coated Hardened Steel Nozzle is a high-durability, quick-swap hotend assembly engineered for Bambu Lab A-series 3D printers (A1, A1 Mini) and compatible platforms (such as the A2L).
Featuring an integrated nano-coated hardened steel nozzle core, this hotend is purpose-built to withstand highly abrasive filaments—including carbon fiber (CF), glass fiber (GF), glow-in-the-dark, and metal-filled composites—without wearing down the internal nozzle orifice. The proprietary oleophobic and hydrophobic nano-coating drastically reduces molten plastic adhesion, preventing filament buildup, surface blobbing, and drag marks on printed models during long high-speed extrusion runs.
