Product Description
Description
Designed specifically for the environmentally conscious maker, the eSUN PETG+ Refilament ships as a tightly bound, spool-less coil held together by high-tensile structural straps. This refill layout is engineered to drop directly onto reusable plastic master spools.
The filament inside is eSUN’s upgraded PETG+ (High-Speed variant) formula. This material is modified with an advanced melt-flow matrix to accommodate rapid CoreXY layer deposition speeds up to 300mm/s. It bridges the printing ease of PLA with the impact, water, and heat resistance of industrial ABS, while generating significantly less environmental waste per roll consumed.
Features
Zero-Waste Eco-Refill Architecture: Ships without a heavy plastic or cardboard center core, significantly cutting down on packaging material waste and lowering your environmental footprint.
Full Compatibility with Master Spools: Formulated to fit seamlessly onto standard 1kg reusable master spools.
High-Velocity CoreXY Fluidity: Features an upgraded melt index that flows smoothly and cools rapidly, supporting stable print speeds up to 300mm/s on high-performance machines without causing extrusion gaps.
Anti-Ooze & Reduced Stringing Core: Formulated to minimize the messy stringing and nozzle buildup typical of generic, low-grade PETG filaments.
Exceptional Structural Toughness: Provides high tensile and impact strength, resulting in ductile, resilient parts well-suited for outdoor mounts, functional prototypes, and mechanical gears.

Safety Precautions
-
Always print in a well-ventilated area.
-
Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
-
Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
-
Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
-
Unplug the printer when not in use.
-
Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
-
Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
-
Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
PETG
- Low odor but still print with airflow or ventilation.
- Allow the printed part to cool down before removing or handling.
