eSUN PETG+ is chemically formulated to resolve the classic challenges of standard PETG, which is known for excessive stringing, oozing, and plastic buildup on the nozzle surface.
This newly optimized "Plus" variant features an enhanced melt-flow index and a specialized rapid-cooling molecular structure. This allows it to solidify instantly when extruded through a cooling fan, enabling stable, high-quality printing at rapid speeds up to 300mm/s. The finished parts yield a smooth, glossy surface finish with clean layer adhesion, minimal shrinkage, and excellent water and chemical resistance, making it an excellent choice for functional prototypes, mechanical gears, outdoor brackets, and snap-fit assemblies.
