Product Description
Description
ABS-ESD is an antistatic modified material with permanent antistatic effect, and the surface resistance can be as low as 105Ω .It offers excellent printability and a smooth surface, along with a balanced combination of strength, stiffness, and toughness. Its heat deflection temperature under 0.45 MPa exceeds 90°C. This material is ideal for applications requiring electrostatic protection of precision electronic components, integrated circuits, and their packaging.
Features
Certified ESD Protection: Esun ABS-ESD features target surface resistivity to safely dissipate static electricity, safeguarding sensitive electronic circuitry.
Industrial-Grade Durability: Offers superior impact strength and heat resistance, ensuring your custom housings and fixtures survive rugged workshop environments.
Premium Matte Black Finish: This Black Filament hides layered lines exceptionally well, giving your finished products a sleek, professional retail appearance.
Low-Warp Formulation: Engineered with optimized thermal properties to reduce the warping and cracking typically associated with traditional ABS materials.
High Chemical Resistance: Withstands exposure to various oils, greases, and common workshop chemicals without degrading or losing structural integrity.
Perfect Spool Winding: Precision-wound to prevent tangles and cross-overs, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted feeding during long-duration or overnight prints.

Safety Precautions
-
Always print in a well-ventilated area.
-
Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
-
Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
-
Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
-
Unplug the printer when not in use.
-
Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
-
Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
-
Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
