Description
The 0.6mm Nozzle is the "standard" workhorse for the OrangeStorm Giga. While many desktop printers default to 0.4mm, the Giga utilizes this 0.6mm bore to better handle its massive 800 x 800 x 1000mm build volume. This larger diameter allows for wider extrusion lines and thicker layers, significantly reducing the total print time for oversized industrial models without sacrificing structural integrity.
Constructed from a high-conductivity Chrome-Zirconium-Copper alloy, this nozzle is engineered to maintain a stable 300°C temperature. It is specifically designed to work with the Giga's 60W ceramic heating element, ensuring that filament is melted uniformly even at speeds of 300 mm/s.
