The K2 Plus Drag Chain is an essential structural part that ensures the electrical cables and PTFE filament tubes move smoothly during high-speed printing. Given that the K2 Plus operates at accelerations up to 30,000mm/s, a standard loose cable bundle would whip or snag; this tank track style chain constrains the cables to a specific bend radius, preventing fatigue and internal wire breakage.
Constructed from reinforced Nylon (PA66), it is designed to withstand the 60°C active chamber temperature of the K2 Plus without sagging or becoming brittle over time.
