Description
The Heating Block Kit is a pre-assembled maintenance unit that integrates a high-power ceramic heating ring, a precision thermistor, and a structural block into one modular component. Unlike traditional heating blocks that use a single side-mounted cartridge, this kit features a 360° surround ceramic heater that wraps entirely around the melting chamber.
This surround-heating design ensures that the filament is melted uniformly from all sides, which is critical when pushing the printer to its maximum volumetric flow rates. The kit is built for the Unicorn Quick-Swap ecosystem, allowing the integrated nozzle-and-heatbreak assembly to seat perfectly for a metal-to-metal seal that prevents filament leakage.
