Product Description
Description
Hyper ABS is an evolution of standard Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, designed with a focus on high fluidity and rapid cooling. Standard ABS often struggles with warping and interlayer delamination when printed at high speeds; Hyper ABS addresses this by using a low-shrinkage formula that releases internal stress more effectively during the cooling phase.
It offers significantly better heat resistance and impact strength than PLA, making it the preferred choice for functional prototypes, automotive parts, and mechanical enclosures that will be exposed to temperatures up to 80°C.
Features
High-Speed Optimized: Supports printing speeds up to 350mm/s (and up to 600mm/s on high-end motion systems) without sacrificing layer adhesion.
Superior Impact Strength: Boasts an impact resistance of 19kJ/m, nearly double that of standard PLA (10kJ/m).
Reduced Warping & Cracking: The specialized formula minimizes the high shrinkage rate typical of ABS, making it easier to print large-scale models with fewer structural failures.
Enhanced Heat Resistance: Features a heat distortion temperature of 80°C, allowing parts to maintain their shape in high-temperature environments.
Eco-Friendly Formulation: Produced with lower residual monomer content to reduce the emission of volatiles (VOCs) and odors during the printing process.
Glossy Finish: Delivers a smooth, professional surface finish that is easily post-processed through sanding or acetone vapor smoothing.

Safety Precautions
-
Always print in a well-ventilated area.
-
Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
-
Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
-
Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
-
Unplug the printer when not in use.
-
Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
-
Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
-
Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
ABS
- Produces strong fumes while printing — always print in a well-ventilated area or enclosed
printer. - Avoid touching the print until it has cooled down.
- Keep away from open flames.
