Description
The Filament Sensor Kit acts as an automated "pause" button for your 3D printer. Using an internal mechanical limit switch, the sensor detects when the filament has run out or snapped. Upon detection, it immediately sends a signal to the printer’s motherboard to pause the print and park the toolhead.
This kit features a redesigned frosted outer cover that matches the modern aesthetic of the V3 KE series. Inside, it contains a specialized low-friction metal guide that ensures the filament slides through smoothly without creating extra tension on the extruder, which is vital for maintaining print quality at high speeds.
