This build plate is designed to address common FDM printing challenges, offering ultra-high adhesion for the first layer across a wide temperature range, which significantly reduces the risk of model warping and detaching. The innovative epoxy resin coating is highly wear-resistant, heat-resistant, and scratch-resistant, ensuring the plate remains in excellent condition through hundreds of prints. Once printing is complete and the plate has cooled, the spring steel base allows the user to simply flex the plate to make the printed model effortlessly "pop off," eliminating the need for scrapers or excessive prying. The plate also features locating holes and handles for quick, accurate, and safe installation.
