Description
The Idler Pulley is used to guide the belt and facilitate movement along the X/Y axes. As a free-spinning guide for motion belts, a worn or seized pulley shows up as grinding noise, belt wear, ringing on prints, and inconsistent toolhead movement. Two versions are available, the X-Axis Idler Pulley and the Regular Idler Pulley, which sit in different positions on the gantry and are not interchangeable.

Covers the H2 Series: Both variants serve the H2D, H2D Pro, H2S, and H2C.
When to Replace: Grinding or squeaking during fast moves, a pulley that no longer spins freely, visible wear on the belt edge, or ringing and wobble that persists after belt tensioning.
