Description
The PTFE Tube on the H2D Printer is used to connect the buffer to the toolhead (both left and right feeder inlets). It helps guide and deliver the filament from the buffer to the toolhead for extrusion during the printing process. PTFE tubes are consumables . They rub against the filament over time, and worn tubes increase friction and the risk of filament breaking inside.

Routing Tip: The tube above the cable chain connects to the right extruder, and the tube below connects to the left extruder.
When to Replace: Visible wear or scoring inside the tube, increased feeding friction, filament breaking inside the tube, or a tube that no longer seats firmly in its pneumatic connector.
