Description
The Top Laser Protection Plate is installed on the top of the printer and provides laser shielding to ensure safety during laser operations. It features a laser protection window, letting you see into the chamber while blocking harmful laser radiation from escaping.
This is a safety component. Bambu Lab states that the printer and laser module operate as a Class 1 laser product only when the protection is complete and properly working, so a cracked, clouded, or missing plate compromises the machine's safety rating.
