Description
The PTFE Tube Connector is primarily mounted on the back of the printer. It serves as the bridge between the filament buffer (or AMS output) and the toolhead's intake. This connector is vital for maintaining a smooth, snag-free filament path, which is essential for successful multi-material prints and high-speed operation.
Unlike a simple passthrough coupler, the Tube Connector is directional. It is designed to allow filament to slide effortlessly from the "IN" side (buffer) to the "OUT" side (toolhead) while providing enough tension to keep the tubes securely seated during the rapid retractions of the AMS.
