The Printer Frame (V3) is the latest revision of A1's primary chassis assembly. It serves as the skeletal foundation for the printer's gantry and base components. As a V3 revision, this frame includes factory updates to the mounting geometry and structural bracing that improve long-term stability and reduce the likelihood of resonance artifacts during high-speed printing.
This assembly is used when the original frame has been compromised due to physical impact, damage, or significant warping that prevents proper bed leveling and gantry squaring. It is precision-machined to ensure that all mounting points for the Z-axis pillars and the heatbed are perfectly perpendicular.
