Description
The Nozzle Offset Calibration Sensor is installed at the back of the heatbed and is used for calibrating the nozzle's position.
Features
Dual-Nozzle Synchronization: Automatically aligns the XY coordinates of the left and right nozzles, ensuring seamless material transitions in multi-color or multi-material prints.
Z-Offset Precision: Facilitates the measurement of height differences between nozzles, preventing the "inactive" nozzle from dragging across the print or the bed.
Inductive Detection: Uses magnetic induction to find the center of the nozzle tip, making it more reliable than purely mechanical or optical "homing" methods.
Plug-and-Play Replacement: Comes as a complete module with a pre-terminated connector for easy maintenance if the sensor becomes contaminated or damaged.
