Description

The Heatbed Unit is installed inside the printer's chamber, capable of moving up and down along the Z-axis and heating according to the user's set temperature. Setting the appropriate heated bed temperature can effectively enhance the adhesion between the model and the print bed, and prevent warping of the model.

Rapid AC Heating: Leverages high-voltage power to reach target temperatures significantly faster than DC alternatives, reducing "wait-to-print" times.
Ultra-Flat Aluminum Core: CNC-machined to minimize mechanical deviation, ensuring a consistent distance between the nozzle and the surface across the entire building area.
Force Sensor Integration: Built-in load cells allow for "no-touch" Z-homing and highly accurate mesh bed leveling.
Advanced Thermal Insulation: The underside is lined with high-density flame-retardant foam to concentrate heat upward toward the build plate and protect the internal electronics of the H2C.
Magnetic Surface: Features a high-Curie-point magnetic layer that maintains strong adhesion to spring steel build plates even at 120°C.
