The Cooling Fan for Hotend, situated between the TH board and extruder, cools the hotend to avoid premature filament softening and clogs.
Features
Closed-Loop Control: Features integrated tachometer feedback that allows the printer to monitor real-time RPM, ensuring consistent cooling even as the chamber temperature rises to 65°C.
Heat Creep Prevention: Maintains a sharp thermal gradient in the heat break, which is critical for printing low-glass-transition materials like PLA at high speeds.
V1 "Plug & Play" Compatibility: Factory-aligned orientation specifically for the H2S; no need to check or adjust fan direction before mounting.
Low Vibration Design: Balanced blades minimize resonance, helping to maintain the high surface quality expected from the H2S at 20,000 mm/s² acceleration.
High-Temperature Materials: Built using heat-stabilized plastic to ensure the housing does not warp or become brittle within the active heated chamber.
