The Power Cable carries AC mains power from the wall outlet into the printer's power supply. On the A1 mini, this cable is wired directly into the machine rather than plugging into a socket at the back, the ground wire bolts to the printer frame, the live and neutral conductors terminate on screw posts at the power supply, and the live line runs through the front-mounted power switch. This is the US variant with a flat two-pin and ground plug, and it is the correct replacement for a cable that will not power the printer, cuts out when flexed, or shows cuts, kinks, or scorching along the sheath.
