Description
The AC Board is the printed circuit board that provides AC power and controls the output to the printer’s heated bed. It is installed in the printer’s electronics section, behind the rear panel. This is the HV (high voltage) variant, intended for 220V printers the standard mains supply in the Philippines.
Installation
Features:
Heatbed Power Delivery: Supplies AC power to the heated bed and controls its output under the direction of the MC board.
220V High-Voltage Variant: Matched to 220V mains. The LV version is a separate part and the two are not interchangeable.
Must Match Your Heating Components: The AC board voltage version must match the heatbed unit and chamber heater installed in the printer. Mismatched combinations are not permitted.
Restores Heating Function: The correct replacement when the bed no longer heats and the heatbed itself tests fine, or when the board shows visible damage.
Mains-Voltage Component: Unplug the printer completely before any work on the electronics and follow the official Bambu Lab Wiki guide.
When to Replace: Visible damage to the board, or when Bambu Lab official technical support confirms that a replacement is required.
