Description
The Laser Air Assist Tube Coupler is used to connect the PU tube. Mounted on the 10W laser module, it is where the black air assist tube plugs in, delivering airflow to the laser head during engraving and cutting. A cracked or loose coupler lets the tube pop out or leak, weakening air assist and causing smoke residue, charring, and inconsistent cuts.

When to Replace: Air assist tube pulling loose from the laser module, a cracked coupler, air leaking at the connection, or weak air assist traced to the coupler.
