Description
The Dual-Material Release Film is an advanced nFEP (PFA) membrane tailored to handle the complex mechanical stresses of multi-material resin printing. When printing with two different resin types or colors simultaneously, the vat floor is subjected to asymmetric chemical reactions and varying adhesion forces across the build plate.
To prevent layer separation, structural tearing, or delamination, this film utilizes an upgraded, high-tensile fluoropolymer blend that delivers a much lower surface tension coefficient than standard generic FEP sheets. Sold as a bulk 6-piece service pack, these 0.15mm thick films ensure excellent UV clarity, fast layer peeling transitions, and rugged chemical resistance against aggressive engineering or solvent-based resins.
