Description

The ACE GEN2 Printhead represents a major design shift in the Anycubic ecosystem. It is a dual-drive direct extruder assembly that serves as the brain for multi-material printing. It features an integrated internal filament pathing system that works with the ACE 2 Pro to allow for 4-color native printing (expandable up to 19 colors).

 

The unit is optimized for high-speed motion, supporting the Kobra X's 600 mm/s top speeds. It includes a built-in filament cutter, an automated purge system, and a high-temperature hotend capable of reaching 300°C, allowing for the use of advanced engineering materials alongside standard PLA.

 

Features

Flow Dynamic Calibration: Works with Kobra OS to dynamically adjust extrusion force in real-time, correcting flow inconsistencies at high speeds.
Smart Sensors: Integrated filament tangle detection and runout sensors are built directly into the assembly housing.
