The XY-Axis Timing Belts Kit provides the high-tensile drive loops required to handle the extreme kinetic loads of the Snapmaker U1's high-speed CoreXY motion layout, because the U1 moves its toolheads rapidly at accelerations up to thousands of mm/s.
The Z-Axis Timing Belt is a specialized closed-loop synchronization belt designed to link the independent vertical Z-axis lead screws or lifting rods on the Snapmaker U1 chassis. Unlike the open-ended XY belts that experience continuous fast acceleration shifts, the Z-axis loop handles the heavy load of holding and raising the entire build platform structure evenly.
