Product Description
Description:
Based on eSUN self-produced PLA polyol synthesized, with good toughness, low odor, and smooth surface of printed parts. EN71-3 toy standard certified, safer to use; can be drilled without cracking; low odor, more comfortable to use.
Features:
Environmental & Bio-Based: Synthesized from lactic acid extracted from corn, making it green and biodegradable with low odor and low irritation.
Good Toughness: Exhibits better toughness compared to some standard resins, making printed models more resistant to cracking and impact. Models are typically drillable after curing.
High Precision & Resolution: Low volume shrinkage during the photocuring process ensures high printing accuracy and excellent detail visibility.
Widespread Compatibility: Works with most LCD 3D printers using a UV wavelength of 395-405nm.
Low Odor: More comfortable to work with than many traditional resins.
Safety Certification: Certified to EU Children's Toy Standard EN71-3, confirming safer use.
Smooth Surface: Provides a good surface finish and excellent molding quality.

-
Always print in a well-ventilated area.
-
Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
-
Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
-
Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
-
Unplug the printer when not in use.
-
Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
-
Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
