Description
Designed for the extreme scale of the OrangeStorm Giga, the X-Axis and Y-Axis timing belt assemblies are high-tensile drive systems. Unlike standard desktop printer belts, these are wider and reinforced with fiberglass to handle the immense torque of the Giga’s NEMA 23 motors.
The X-Axis Assembly drives the toolhead across the 800mm gantry, while the Y-Axis Assembly manages the movement of the entire 820 x 820mm heated bed platform. Both kits include the necessary copper sleeve buckles (crimps) for secure attachment to the carriage and tensioning mechanisms, ensuring a "true-to-spec" fit that maintains the printer's 0.1mm precision.
