The Neptune 4 Max Thermal Bed Plate Kit replaces the foundational substrate responsible for primary thermal management at the lower Z-axis stage. Due to the vast scale of Neptune 4 Max's active area, maintaining uniform thermal performance across the entire plate is a significant challenge.
This OEM kit provides a replacement for damaged, warped, or non-functional structural beds. It features a high-density, 320W high-output grid integrated with structural multi-zone segment wiring running on an efficient 24V rail. The thick aluminum base plate distributes heat evenly from the center to the outermost perimeter edges, completely neutralizing thermal dead zones. Replacing a degrading thermal bed fixes issues like localized layer lifting, unlevel physical leveling meshes due to heating warps, or fatal system error codes triggered by broken internal thermistors.
