Description
Unlike the long, open-ended belts that run the length of the X and Y axes, these Circular (Ring) Timing Belts are used as the primary transmission link between the NEMA 23 (57-series) motors and the pulleys that drive the main belts.
178mm Belt (05.202.0011): A short, high-tension closed loop typically used for the Z-axis synchronization or as a direct motor-to-drive-rod coupling. It ensures that both sides of the massive vertical gantry move in perfect unison.
1140mm Belt (05.202.0010): A significantly larger closed-loop belt used to bridge the distance between the dual Y-axis drive shafts. This ensures that the left and right sides of the 800mm wide bed carriage move at the exact same rate, preventing "gantry racking" or skewing.

High Tensile Strength: Reinforced with internal fiberglass or steel cords to prevent stretching, even under the high torque generated by the 57-series stepper motors.
GT2 Profile: Features the standard 2mm pitch (GT2) tooth profile for precise, backlash-free movement and "silent" operation.
Oil & Heat Resistant: Constructed from high-quality neoprene rubber that resists the ambient heat of the 100°C heated bed and common lubricants.
Precision Tooth Geometry: Ensures a perfect mesh with the drive pulleys to eliminate tooth "jumping" during high-acceleration movements (5000mm/s).
Seamless Construction: Being "annular" (one continuous piece), there are no weak points or seams that could snap under heavy industrial loads.
