Description
The i7 Hotend Heating Assembly is the thermal heart of the toolhead, responsible for rapidly and evenly melting filament before it is extruded. This core module integrates a high-efficiency ceramic heating ring and a high-precision NTC thermistor sensor loop into a unified, pre-wired package.
Unlike traditional heating blocks that use localized cartridge heaters, the wrap-around ceramic design of the SPARKX i7 assembly delivers 360° radial heating. This enables exceptionally fast heat-up times and a highly consistent thermal melt zone capable of sustaining high-volumetric flow rates during high-speed printing. The assembly includes pre-fitted factory-keyed wiring connectors that plug directly into the toolhead breakout board, eliminating the need for wire stripping or manual splicing during installation.
