Description
The SPARKX i7 Dual-Texture PEI Plate is built upon a high-flatness, flexible spring steel core treated on both faces with a specialized, wear-resistant gold PEI (Polyetherimide) powder coating.
Designed to drop directly onto the magnetic heated bed of the SPARKX i7, it offers exceptional first-layer thermal adhesion for multi-color or high-speed printing workflows. It features two usable textured sides, it doubles the functional lifespan of your print surface. Once a print completes and the bed completely cools down, parts can be easily released by gently flexing the plate, eliminating the need for scrapers or toxic adhesives.

Dual-Sided Reversible Coating: Coated with double-sided frosted gold PEI powder, allowing you to quickly flip the plate over to keep printing if one side accumulates grease or debris during a time-sensitive job.
Glue-Free Structural Adhesion: Provides reliable first-layer stickiness for filaments like PLA, PETG, and TPU without needing liquid glues, tape, or adhesion promoters.
Tool-Free Flex Release: Built on a robust spring steel sheet. Once cooled, models pop loose with a simple, slight flex, protecting the base of your models from scraping damage.
Conceals Layer Lines: The matte frosted finish transfers a fine, uniform texture to the bottom face of your models, naturally diffusing light to mask micro-layer lines.
Thermal Warp Resistance: Engineered to maintain absolute mechanical flatness and even thermal distribution at constant operational temperatures.
