Description:

The Bambu Lab Engineering Plate is a double-sided spring steel plate featuring a specialized coating optimized for materials that require high bed temperatures. Unlike the Cool Plate or the Textured PEI Plate, the Engineering Plate is engineered to provide the specific adhesion and release properties needed for professional-grade materials.

It is the go-to surface for ABS, TPU, PETG, PC (Polycarbonate), and PA (Nylon). The plate is designed to be used with a thin layer of glue stick or liquid glue, which acts as an interface layer to ensure parts stick during the print and release safely once the plate cools, preventing damage to the coating. Its spring steel core allows you to "pop" prints off easily by simply flexing the plate.
