This spring steel assembly serves as the magnetic build interface for the Kobra X’s 260 x 260mm workspace. It features a dual-texture design, offering a Textured PEI surface on one side for maximum adhesion with materials like ABS and PETG, and a Smooth PEI finish on the other for high-speed PLA printing and easier first-layer visual inspection.
The plate is engineered to withstand the 600mm/s motion of the Kobra X without shifting, thanks to its high-magnetic-flux steel core. It provides a reliable flex-to-release mechanism, allowing users to remove even the largest prints in seconds without tools.
