Description
Designed as a replacement for traditional single-use spools, the Anycubic Reusable Spool is engineered specifically for filament refills (spool-less filament). It features a user-friendly, twist-to-lock mechanism that allows you to "sandwich" a core of filament between two durable flanges.
This spool is optimized for the Anycubic ACE Pro and features dedicated slots for RFID/Intelligent Identification chips found on Anycubic refill packs. This allows the printer to automatically recognize the material type, color, and remaining quantity, just like a factory-wound spool.

Filament Installation

Label the Filament
Remove both stickers and both chips (if present). Install new chip stickers onto both flanges.

Load the Filament
Open the spool, align the filament with the latch, and snap it into place.

Locking the Spool
Close the spool, press firmly, and rotate until you hear a “click," confirming it's locked.

Prepare the Filament
Once the spool is locked, remove the bonding strap and thread the filament into the spool hole.
