Description
The Nozzle Wiper is a high-temperature resistant silicone and brush assembly located at the rear of the Kobra S1's build plate. Its primary function is to clean the tip of the nozzle before the auto-leveling process and the start of every print.
By removing oozed filament or residual debris from the nozzle tip, the wiper ensures that the LeviQ 3.0 sensor gets an accurate Z-offset reading and that no stray plastic blobs ruin the first layer of your model. It is essential for maintaining the high-precision results expected from the S1's 600 mm/s motion system.
